Keymacro is licensed as Shareware, not as freeware. The adware will not affect the functionality of the program and the button will not be visible. Just click the Fix button and click OK to close the dialog.

Using this menu, you can select the language and specify the code page for your keyboard, and Keymacro will show the correct characters for the characters you enter.
